Auto
Runs quietly in the background

Your Google Drive, quietly deduplicated.

Five versions of the same brief. Three copies of the same notes. No idea which one is current. Auto watches your Drive, finds the documents that are really about the same thing, and merges each cluster into one clean doc — only after you say yes.

Originals moved to Drive Trash — recoverable for 30 days.

How it works

Three steps. You only do the last one.

  1. 1

    Finds the duplicates

Every six hours, Auto scans your Drive and clusters the documents that are genuinely about the same thing — by meaning, not just by similar file names.

  2. 2

    Drafts the merge

It synthesizes a single clean document that preserves every detail from the originals. Conservative by design: when it isn't sure, it leaves things exactly as they are.

  3. 3

    Asks you first

Nothing changes until you approve. Approve a merge and the originals move to Drive Trash with a 30-day recovery window — never permanently deleted.

Works where you already do.

No new app to learn and no workflow to change. Auto plugs into the Google Drive and Google Docs you already use, then gets out of the way. There’s no hosted server — it runs as a background service on your own machine, so your documents never leave it.

Trust & safety

Built to be trusted with your documents.

Your token never leaves your machine

OAuth runs locally and the agent runs as a background service on your own computer. There's no hosted server and no cloud copy of your files.

Approval every single time

Auto proposes; you decide. It never merges, edits, or deletes anything on its own — every change waits for your explicit yes.

A 30-day undo

Merged originals move to Google Drive Trash, not the void. Anything Auto touches can be restored for a full 30 days.

Conservative by design

A strict relevance gate means Auto skips anything it isn't confident about. Fewer merges, zero surprises — doing nothing is a valid answer.

Reclaim your Drive.

Install once and let Auto keep your documents tidy in the background — always asking before it touches a thing.
